The Consortium for Childhood Cancer Predisposition (C3P) was founded in 2019 in recognition of the need to bring together international experts to improve the understanding and care of children at high-risk for developing cancer due to family history of tumors and/or known genetic alterations. The mission of C3P is to:

  • Promote the implementation of best practices and consensus guidelines for children with hereditary cancer syndromes
  • Promote and facilitate research into the germline genetic contributions to carcinogenesis
  • Evaluate cancer prevention and tumor surveillance strategies
  • Study quality of life and treatment outcomes in this population

Support/Funders

We gratefully acknowledge the generous support of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which enabled the establishment of C3P.
